V3's partner company Utopia Vision has been delivering creative award winning video and DVD productions for over 10 years, handling the entire process from concept to final edit, including delivery in any format. Due to the success of their video work, and the expense of booking multi-station (and multi-platform) TV commercials, they decided to focus their expertise on creating TV commercials without the fanciful budgets, this is particularly important given the growing trend towards multi-channel campaigns.
